We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual to undertake the role of plasterer within our Responsive Repairs team.
About the role
We have a number of vacancies within our Property Services teams. These roles have become available due to our continued growth in the North-East and as part of our on-going commitment to provide as many good quality homes as we can; to deliver excellent service to our customers; and to shape strong, sustainable places for our communities.
About you
We are looking for a plasterer to assist Karbon Homes in delivering an excellent repairs and maintenance service that promotes a culture of customer first and continuous improvement.
You should have completed a recognised plastering trade apprenticeship or have equivalent relevant experience. Possessing all the skills necessary to deliver all aspects of plastering from minor repairs to large scale works to a high standard in occupied, void, domestic and non-domestic premises.
You should also hold relevant qualifications and have experience and practical knowledge of carrying out multi-skilled works in other trades such as Damp Proofing, Brickwork, Paving and Tiling works.
Customer service skills are also essential for this role as is excellent knowledge of health and safety.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
