DIAGNOSTICS, CLINICAL SUPPORT & CANCER SERVICES DIVISION
Assistant Dietitian Practitioner for Paediatrics
30 hours per week permanent contract
per annum pro rata
This exciting part time role has been newly developed to work alongside Dietitians based at Chesterfield Royal Hospital to support children and young people across North Derbyshire.
Under the supervision of a Dietitian the successful candidate will assess and advise children and young people and their carers.
The post holder will be supported to meet the required competencies within the first 6 months of being in post.
If you are currently working in an assistant role within an NHS hospital environment, have a Foundation degree (or the equivalent), experience of working in a healthcare support worker role and of working with children and young people this might be the role for you.
The successful candidate will be part of our friendly, dynamic and forward-thinking team of 27 staff made up of Dietitians, a Nutrition Support Nurse, other Assistant Dietitians Practitioners, and Admin staff.
