An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team here at Mears as a Customer Care Coordinator. Based in Glasgow. We are offering a salary of up to £23,000 plus great company benefits which include fun days paid for by the company, discounts on high street shopping and online retailers, health insurance and much more
Your duties will include -
As Customer Care Coordinator, you will provide support and high levels of Customer Service activities for our service users. This role will ensure all customers accessing our hub receive a warm, friendly and consistent service to support all aspects of their needs during the time they are supported in initial accommodation

Providing front facing customer service and support to vulnerable service users

Covering reception, petty cash duties and back-office admin duties

Liaising daily with service users, colleagues, 3rd sector and business partners

Weekly cash ordering and dispersal, photocopying and scanning work documents and energy top ups

Work with local community and third sector organisations to deliver support and services for the service user

Provide additional support to administration or the wider team if required
What are we looking for?

Previous experience in customer care or customer service

Would be ideal to have experience with vulnerable individuals

Organised, reliable and adaptable

A strong work ethic

Honest and trustworthy

Ability to work using own initiative as well as working as part of a team

Positive attitude and the ability to keep calm under pressure

Capacity to absorb new information quickly and accurately.
