About the role and the team
We are searching for a suitable candidate to fill the role of Fundraising Database and Supporter Care Assistant in our London office. The appointed candidate will be employed on a full-time (37.5 hours), 6 months fixed term contract.
As the post holder, you will be the first point of contact for our supporters and for users with queries in order to help build supporter loyalty and engagement.
You will also be responsible for recording, banking and acknowledging donations and accurately importing data and income onto Raiser’s Edge in a timely manner. You will monitor data entry across the department and ensure that the database is kept up to date and clean at all times to support the delivery of fundraising activities from individuals, groups and associations

About you:
You will have excellent communication skills and be committed to the values and ethos of Depaul UK.
- High computer literacy with comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience of working with financial, supporter and/or customer data
- Experience of data entry into a database
