HGV PM and AM Multidrop Class 1 Driver Temp to Perm role ! Salisbury, England
Job description
For our client based in Amesbury we are currently looking for a Class 1 drivers to efficiently deliver dairy goods to their retail and business customers ensuring that a high level of customer service is always maintained. You will be responsible for the bulk delivery of milk and dairy products to multiple retail customers.
All deliveries are expected to be made in a timely manner and logged appropriate on the relevant delivery system. The role involves delivering the products to different depots across UK . The Driver must ensure that the highest levels of customer service are maintained on the round and orders are fulfilled on time and in full.
What we require from you:
- Valid UK license C+E
- Maximum 6 points on driving licence accepted
- Good command of English
- Must be comfortable working alone and with early starts/night work and rota working
- Must be comfortable with the physical nature of the role
Between 6-12 drops per day!
Afternoon shift pattern (store deliveries mixed with trunking):
Friday – Tuesday
Wednesday-Sunday
Tuesday – Saturday
Start times 12:00 – 16:00
Day shift patterns:
Sunday Tuesday rest day week 1
Sunday Monday rest day week 2
Start times 01:00 – 05:00
PAYE rates:
Monday - Friday - Days (0400 - 1800) - £14.00
Monday - Friday - Nights (1800 - 0400) - £16.00
Monday to Friday- overtime after 47.5 days (0400 - 1800) - £15.75
Monday to Friday- overtime after 47.5 nights (1800 - 0400) - £18.00
Saturday Day (0400 - 1800) - £15.75 Saturday Night (1800 - 0400) - £18.00
Sunday- BH Day (0400 - 1800) - £21.00
Sunday - BH Night (1800 - 0400) - £24.00
30-minute break deducted
