You will be supported throughout your studies by our People Development team at Crowe, and a talent coach from your study provider.

Whatever your ambitions, your professional development will continue well beyond your trainee years.

Our minimum requirements

Degree - 2:2 or equivalent in any subject

BBC (or 112 UCAS points) from three A Levels (or equivalent) excluding EPQ

GCSE grade 4 (C) or above in Maths and English Language

The ability to travel to clients and other offices is essential for the role, and a full UK driving license is preferred.

Throughout your training programme, you will also be required to attend off-site external training, where overnight stays are necessary.

Your application will not be based on academic performance alone. You will be required to demonstrate the strengths and qualities which underpin our core values, including personal drive, integrity and teamwork.

If you do not meet all the entry requirements, you may still be considered if the rest of your application is strong. If you have any extenuating circumstances that you believe we should consider, and you are comfortable sharing, please let our recruitment team know and this will be looked at alongside your application.
