Our aim is to provide child-centred Early Learning and Childcare (aged 2-5 years) which reflects and responds to the individual needs of all children and families.
You will assist in the organisation and management of the service for the benefit of all children, families and the wider community.
You must be able to work on your own initiative and as a team member who directly contributes to and supports colleagues in the development of a flexible childcare and early education service, which is appropriate to the needs of young children and their families in the centre and its surrounding community, within the context of both authority and Nursery policies and procedures.
The Senior Early Childhood Practitioner (SECP) will provide effective management support to the Centre Leader and Principal ECP and take a lead role in all aspects of children’s early education and childcare as required and directed by the Centre Leader.
The Senior ECP will assist in the organisation and management of the Nursery to ensure high quality care and education for children.
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our Nursery team and contribute to maintaining the school's high standards at centre and whole school level.
Riverside Primary School, one of the First Passivhaus Primary Schools in Scotland, opens on June 13 2023 ready for two of our schools to merge, Balhousie Primary School and North Muirton Primary School.
The Individual
