Help develop our district with your property management skills!

With your knowledge of the property market and current property issues, you will seek to support the Council’s ambitious property and regeneration agenda.

As our Asset Surveyor, you will deal with a wide range of Council owned properties and land and be responsible for commercial property management, valuation, rent reviews, lease renewals, service charges, new lettings and acquisition and disposals.

You will be in charge of the Council’s asset management system as well as supporting the review of the Council’s property portfolio, dealing with enquiries, conducting negotiations, liaising with tenants and working to deadlines.

Experienced in commercial property management, ideally professionally qualified, we look forward to hearing from you.

Please note that this is a job share position for 19 hours per week.

This role will be based at our Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks Kent TN13 1HG. We currently operate a hybrid working model for the majority of our roles where your working time will be divided between the office (1-2 days) and home working (1-2 days).
