What will you do:
- Be part of the Asset Quality team; be responsible for supporting the Asset Quality service functions within a large portfolio of Student accommodation nationwide.
- Undertake general administration of all projects across the portfolio, including, but not limited to, Fire Systems, Alarm Remedials, Fire Extinguishers, CCTV, Access Control & administration of all remedial works required.
- Conduct the necessary administration to ensure that the accounts with consumable and equipment suppliers operate effectively.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and provide ordering instructions to site teams.
- Review the Compliance Dashboard on a regular basis, identify tasks that require re-inspection and inform the responsible FM.
- Assist the Head of AQ Team to maintain a high level of Compliance across the portfolio.
- Ad-hoc task such as reporting and maintenance of documents

What we are looking for:
- Experience in the property/facilities management sector would be ideal
- Experience as an administrator/coordinator in an office environment.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Natural ability to engage with different teams and work collaboratively.
- A keen eye for detail
