The Property Department of NHS Tayside is looking to recruit an Assistant Property Asset Manager.
This post will be responsible for the effective monitoring and utilisation of NHS Tayside’s premises including PPP, PFI, NPDO and Hubco contracted premises. The post will deliver strategic and operational solutions for NHS Tayside in relation to effective asset management.
This is a multi-faceted role managing an extensive Property portfolio to provide support to NHS Tayside’s Board and executive management team ensuring that our premises are well utilised and effectively and efficiently meet the demands of the organisation.
The post holder will assist in the delivery of a property asset management strategy and should demonstrate a track record of innovation and an ability to monitor complex contracts.
You will hold either a relevant construction degree or equivalent professional/vocational qualification underpinned by the ability to demonstrate the skills and experience to fully deliver this multi-faceted role.
The post offers a unique opportunity to enhance and greatly contribute to the Property Department and the Boards performance in NHS Scotland and requires commitment and drive to ensure that NHS Tayside performs effectively and efficiently in the delivery of property asset management.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
