Who we are looking for?
We are currently looking for an Assessment Officer that will work on a full-time, permanent basis.
Reporting to the Head of Curriculum and Student Engagement, the successful candidate will provide a professional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the department with a particular focus on ONCAMPUS based assessment activity.
The post holder will act as central coordinator for the online delivery of assessments across all ONCAMPUS centres. Similarly, the successful candidate will provide advice and guidance on all aspects of the ONCAMPUS quality assurance and enhancement framework.
Please note that this role is homebased in the United Kingdom and it will require the post holder to be travel to all of our EU/UK ONCAMPUS Centres.

Key Responsibilities will include:
- Act as central coordinator for the operationalisation of delivery of assessments online and in paper format across all ONCAMPUS centres for the full suite of the centralised curriculum. This includes setting up assessments, sending out papers, ensuring centres have provided correct enrolment information to allow student access, and other operational issues such as updating training briefs and appointing proctors.
- Assist with typesetting and make preparations for scrutiny of papers, by working with Central Programme Coordinators and external exam paper writers to ensure papers are coherent, accurate, and fit for purpose.
- Provide support to staff development sessions being delivered by the Central Academic Team including but not limited to External Examiner Inductions, Chair’s training, Internal Panel Member training.
