Salary: £22,200 - £26,400

Location: Cambridge, CB2/ Hybrid

Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per week


We have an exciting opportunity for an Assessment Administrator to join the Multi-Level Testing Team. The role's objective will be to provide crucial administrative support to internal teams and outside vendors working on processes for producing test content from beginning to end and determining test outcomes.

About the role

This role directly contributes to the production and delivery of online, customer-focused, data-driven, high-margin automated digital assessment products annually generating over 10m in revenue for Cambridge University Press & Assessment with ambitious revenue targets for MLT's certificated Linguaskill currently in development.

  • supplying administrative assistance for the creation of test content items, tasks, and test levels by choosing and finishing assignments guaranteeing they adhere to specifications.
  • offering administrative assistance for processes including marking and result determination, that are part of quality assurance
  • creating and then preserving positive working connections with co-workers throughout the organisation and important external stakeholders.
  • to make sure that assessment material, findings, and important documentation are produced quickly, accurately, in accordance with established protocols, and on schedule.

About you

You will have extensive administrative experience, be comfortable interacting with a variety of people on difficult issues, and be able to operate in a fast-paced atmosphere.

You will have: English and math at the GCSE level or equivalent, experience working in a multilevel environment, and competency with complicated procedures and systems are required. Be a competent user of Microsoft Office suites and related platforms. Professionalism and good interpersonal and communication skills are required.
