Antler Agency
Full Time Southampton, England 20000 - 32000 GBP ANNUAL Today
Job description

READY TO LOVE MONDAYS?

We’re on the hunt for a talented and passionate Artworker to join our growing herd on a full or part-time basis.

ABOUT US...

We’re a different breed of agency with a strong focus in property.

We work with leading names in the sector, ranging from national housebuilders through to smaller, local developers, and other companies that offer key services.

Our core focus is gaining incredible editorial coverage for our clients and their developments in national, regional, local, trade, and business publications.

WE’RE AMBITIOUS, CLIENT-CENTRIC. DOWN-TO-EARTH. AND FUN.

  • We provide the perfect balance between strategy, creativity, and delivery, all guided by a strong management team who have extensive knowledge and experience in the property industry.
  • Our close-knit team is made up of super friendly people who strive to help each other feel fulfilled, positive, and collaborative on a daily basis.
  • We operate a hybrid workplace, for us this means a mixture of days in our ‘club working’ office and from home.
  • It’s been over five years since the launch of ANTLER AGENCY and we’re now undergoing an exciting period of transformation and growth across all divisions of the business. This naturally requires us to bring on board like-minded people who can help us reach our goals and fulfill our potential.
  • We have an exciting opportunity for a talented artworker to join our team who can

artwork projects of all sizes, often more than one at the same time and generally ones that are ongoing, complex and important.

If you’re an experienced artworker who is keen to work in a growing and dynamic agency to meaningfully influence the way housebuilders present themselves to the market, then read on!

WE EXIST TO DISRUPT, TO GROW, TO PROFIT, AND TO HAVE A GREAT TIME DOING IT!

THIS IS OUR WHY.

OUR CORE VALUES

WE ARE ALL HUMAN.

WHAT THIS MEANS

  • We have the courage to be open-minded and vulnerable
  • We continually strive to be the best versions of ourselves by adopting a growth mindset, and encourage each other to do the same
  • We continually support each other and recognise that we’re all on this exciting journey together

FREE TO ROAM, BUT NEVER ALONE.

WHAT THIS MEANS

  • We’ve adopted a flexible, modern way of working that allows us to work in an office, and in the comfort of our own homes
  • We have autonomy to design our working day in a way that benefits us individually, and the business
  • Regardless of where we’re located, we’re one team, working together and supporting each other in everything we do

WE LEAVE OUR EGOS AT THE DOOR.

WHAT THIS MEANS

  • Despite our individual strengths, skills, qualifications and experience, we all have things we can learn from each other
  • We show up with curiosity, practice humility and aren’t afraid to ask for, or offer help when it’s needed
  • We foster an environment of mutual respect and information sharing
  • We value and show gratitude for the work done by the other members in our team

WE COMMUNICATE CANDIDLY.

WHAT THIS MEANS

  • We nurture an environment where ideas are easily shared, concerns are easily discussed, and

opinions are always respected

  • We communicate openly and honestly, but always with empathy and respect
  • We encourage giving and receiving constructive feedback - when the purpose is to help a team member grow professionally or personally

TEAM LOVE

“Antler has such a fantastic culture, we really are a team, a family. It’s so refreshing to work for a business that trusts you as an employee and has the confidence in your ability. I actually feel valued at work and have a team around me willing to support me professionally and personally. We really do leave our egos at the door, but bring heaps of humour…and snacks.”

Hesper Stratford, Managing Director

Antler Email Marketing

“Having only joined Antler Agency at the beginning of this year, I already feel at home.

What is unique about Antler, which I struggled to find in other agencies, is that no matter what division you work in, everyone wants you to succeed and is willing to help. Whether you work in the Marketing team, PR team or Email Marketing team, everyone is extremely approachable and will make time for you. Everyone has the same goal, to achieve the best product or service for clients, but also to create an environment that is positive and fun. You can genuinely feel that everyone loves coming to work.”

Eve Foster, Account Manager,

Antler Property PR

“I started my journey with Antler five years ago and it’s been amazing to see how far we’ve come. The team, and the ambitions of the business have grown and we’re working on some really exciting projects. What’s great about Antler is the people - we’re a close-knit team, all working together and supporting each other, not just in our career journeys, but our life journeys too. You never have to look too far for a friendly face or a helping hand!”
