This exciting new independent studio based in the Southeast of England are a growing team of highly experienced and talented developers focused on creating exceptional and innovative projects for Console and PC platforms. They are currently working with a prestigious AAA publisher in the early stages of an exciting new project and are looking to expand their team to accommodate this growth. In this role, you will:
- Act as the bridge between the internal teams and external art vendors.
- Review, validate and provide detailed feedback on art vendor submissions.
- Track external art vendor submissions throughout the stages of production.
- Create and maintain documentation such as artwork briefs, asset specs, tools/ pipeline instructions and reference materials.
- Help design, maintain, and develop a streamlined asset integration pipeline.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years game industry experience as an art outsource manager, 3d artist, technical artist, or producer.
- Good understanding of art production across all relative disciplines.
- Experience working with art assets in Unreal Engine 4/5.
Demonstrate:
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate well with cross disciplines teams.
- Clear and concise written, verbal and visual communication.
- Excellent time-management, and organizational skills.
- Examples of working in Unreal Engine 4/5.

- Experience working with outsourcing partners and freelancers across different locations and time zones.
