Job description
We are looking for a creative Art and Design Technician to join our supportive and talented team at Beauchamp College. We are looking for someone who has the ability to work in all the areas of the department but with a focus on support within Art and Graphics.
To provide technical and general support in the maintenance, development and delivery of the school’s learning resources and equipment within the Art and Design Department, this includes Art and Graphics.
This is 21 hours a week (Over 3 days), term time only. Maths and English at GCSE and Art & Design based subject at level 3 or above are essential requirements. As is a working knowledge of Photoshop.
Applicants will need to be able to work effectively and proactively as part of a team, enjoy working with a wide range of people. They should enjoy supporting students to be creative and produce high quality outcomes. Applicants need to be organised and have the ability to manage their time carrying out a wide range of jobs in a short time frame. Experience of working in a school setting would be advantageous.
