Description du poste
Challenges:
The Area Manager's mission is to lead the Network of dealers in his/her sector in order to achieve company's objectives. He/she diagnoses, leads and develops the dealer-partner Network with the aim of increasing their turnover and profitability, in line with the Brand Promise. He/she contributes to making customers (consumers and dealer partners) ambassadors of the Brand.
Main Responsibilities:
The SCHMIDT brand, which has had a presence for six years, currently has 28 showrooms and enjoys great potential for future growth. The company's medium-term aim is to have 100 showrooms. The responsibilities of the Area Manager are :
- Developp the Network for external growth
As part of the development strategy, he/she co-defines and co-pilots the development plan for his/her sector. He/she identifies opportunities for shop openings, sales, transfers and takeovers and work closely with the Expansion Team.
- Lead the Network: helping dealers to increase their turnover and profitability
He/she assists the manager in the construction and deployment of his/her vision and business plan. He/she distributes the commercial objectives defined in his/her sector and coordinates actions with the support services (Finance, Logistics, Marketing, Appliances, Customer Service, Training, ....).
He/she deploys the Network Quality Management Policies and Tools, pilots the KPI’s (NPS, Sales, Profitabilitý, Quality, HR, etc.) for consumer satisfaction. He/she contributes to increasing the skills of the manager and his/her teams.
He/she stimulates the Brand's Network by leading progress groups in his regional area and participating in the Sales Convention.
- Guarantee the Brand Promise and Image throughout the Customer Experience
Ensures the defined concept (Product, Trade marketing, Merchandising service offer, etc.) is applied and respected.
He/she ensures compliance with policies (trade, marketing, customer relations, etc.) that enable the consumer to become a prescriber (sponsorship).
- Act as a key player between Schmidt Groupe and its Network
He/she carries and transmits the Values of the within the Network.
He/she is pro-active in the development of the shop Concept, Tools and Products.
By listening to the Dealers, he/she brings up the expectations of Consumers and of the Network.
Profil recherché
What we expect:
- Higher education, professional with a minimum of 3 years in the Retail sector and experience of working with the network. Finance Skills,
- You have an entrepreneurial/start-up-oriented approach,
- Strong Consultancy skills & approach,
- You speak fluent English (min B2+),
- A good communicator and negotiator, you know how to persuade others without imposing your own wishes.
