About the role

We are recruiting an Area Manager for our cluster of stores in Northern Ireland
FoodCo operates over 80 cafés across the UK under the Brands Muffin Break & Jamaica Blue
Role Responsibilities
**
· As an Area Manager you will have a portfolio of cafes. You will be responsible for driving results and working closely with store managers to grow the business.
· Your remit will be to drive sales and deliver bottom line profit by coaching and inspiring your people to consistently achieve great results.
· Deliver like for like sales and profit growth, maximising current and potential sales and profit opportunities through leading the store management teams.**
· Review and monitor standards, taking remedial action as necessary to ensure consistently high service levels are maintained within our business. **

About you
We are looking for someone with Area Manager experience in the café sector, or a proven track record as a store manager who is looking for progression. You will have strong communication skills, have a head for business and enjoy working in a demanding and competitive environment.
You are self-motivated and flexible with a hands-on approach to problem solving. You have experience in all aspects of retail food or hospitality operations. Education in business studies or hospitality management would be an advantage but is not essential.
A full driving licence is required as this is a field-based role.
Location
This position is based in the Northern Ireland and will require travel throughout Northern Ireland
Training and Salary Package
We offer extensive training in FoodCo systems. Salary package is reflective of experience.
