This is an exciting opportunity to join the Dunkin' family as we continue our expansion throughout the UK.
About the role
As an area manager, your DUNKIN’ duties will include leading up to 15 DUNKIN’ stores in central London, supporting the business in optimising our 4C’s;
Commercial control – our people consider sales & costs- Customer journey – our people deliver operational excellence
- Compliance – our people are safe
- Culture – our people are engaged and feel supported

We are looking for someone with multi-site experience with the ability to lead a group of Store Managers to deliver a high level of performance. We are looking for someone that is passionate about people development with a good level of emotional intelligence.

What We Offer
- £50,000 - £60,000 annual salary
- Travel allowance
