The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. Responsibilities:
- Ongoing management of internal account operations (revenue delivery, dashboard management, troubleshooting issues, optimization opportunities and merchant tutorials)
- Educate brands on the usage of tools within the TikTok Shop Ecosystem to become self-sufficient
- Consult clients on their direct response objectives, and partner closely with Account Managers to craft thoughtful and creative sales plans
- Collaborate with Live/Campaign Ops to ensure effective Live and campaign delivery and resolve any technical hurdles
- Reactive work, the possibility of flexible shift work needed.
- Day-day administrative duties including seller management, and onboarding outreach.
- Recognize and represent client needs and asks to cross-functional stakeholders
- Proactively and continually identify areas of improvement, educating clients on products, new updates/solutions and growing existing business partnerships.
- BA/Hons Graduate or above [preferred subjects: Business management, Data Analytics]
- [Desirable] 1 yrs experience in relatable fashion management either at an e-commerce company, a large retailer or an agency.
- Practical experience in social commerce, content marketing, and influencer/creator space.
- Understanding of TikTok and TikTok Shop from a customer perspective/in-app experience
- Experience working with Excel and delivering actionable insights.
- Understanding of seasonal trends and campaign calendars
- Tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to working through product, process, and client challenges.
- Customer service orientation and experience working in a client-facing capacity.
- Exceptional communication, analytics and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and unstructured work environment. Flexible and collaborative with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- High attention to detail whilst also capable of making fast-based decisions. Effective and creative problem-solving capabilities.
