Area Manager at Caffe Nero
Do you love coffee and fancy joining us to run some of our amazing stores in East and West Sussex?
Well you’re in luck as we are looking for an experienced Area Manager to join the team!
You will report into the Regional Manager and take ownership of around 12 stores in East and West Sussex - Brighton and Hove, Worthing, Hastings, Haywards Heath and surrounding areas. You will focus on delivering operational goals and play a key part in contributing to the overall success of the region. On top of that, being a brand and cultural ambassador in everything you do is a must. In this role you can expect to:
- Create a great place to work for your team - recruiting and developing amazing people that are proud of what they do every day, to ensure a robust People Plan.
- Lead your team so that - through great training, quality ingredients and exceptional service - every customer is served their perfect coffee every day.
- From open to close, you’ll be responsible for delivering excellent operational standards in each of your stores in relation to the customer experience, brand, H&S, sales, profitability and culture.
- Be the glue that holds your team together and make a positive difference in your teams’ and customers’ lives every day.
To be successful, you will:
- Be a strong, people focused multi-site manager – looking for a new challenge
- Ideally have gained your multi-site operational experience in either a retail or hospitality environment
- Be resilient and have a positive mindset
- Love the challenge of spotting, retaining and growing talent
- Demonstrate great communication and influencing skills – honesty, fairness and warmth are some of our key values
