Job description
We are looking to recruit a number of Area Coordinators with strong organisational and communication skills to take an organisational role in a growing company.
The primary aim of this role would be to oversee the daily running of the TheTechTeam, keeping customers up to date with their repairs, organising a team of technicians and managing the logistics of a busy computer repair company.
The Role:
- Manage the logistics of a busy service business, planning and overseeing the day to day operations - being organised is key!
- Taking a lead in ensuring the company is delivering excellent customer service at all times.
- Managing a small team of staff that all jobs are covered and all locations are appropriately staffed.
- You will take control of your region, reporting back on its performance to the central team.
The Person:
- Be extremely friendly and able to quickly build relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Always willing to go ‘the extra mile’ to ensure that a customer is delighted with the service received.
- Fantastic organisational skills and the ability to make decisions quickly.
- Be adaptable as things change very rapidly in a small business.
The Details
- Working hours: Monday - Friday 9.30am - 12.30pm
- Working from home
- £11-£13 per hour, 15 hours per week.
