Job Description: We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Area Cleaning Operations Manager to join a long established friendly and professional Commercial Cleaning Company.

The ideal Area Cleaning Operations Manager will have strong leadership skills, ensuring customer satisfaction and contract retention.

Requirements for the Area Cleaning Operations Manager:

• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Ability to forward plan and work under pressure
• Working knowledge of Health and Safety systems in the cleaning industry
• Ability to work to tight timescales
• Meeting KPI Targets
• IT Literate
• Passionate, flexible, trustworthy, and innovative.
• Hold a full UK Driving License and be able to travel to sites
• Previous experience as an Area Cleaning Operations Manager
