The ideal Area Cleaning Operations Manager will have strong leadership skills, ensuring customer satisfaction and contract retention.
Requirements for the Area Cleaning Operations Manager:
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to forward plan and work under pressure
- Working knowledge of Health and Safety systems in the cleaning industry
- Ability to work to tight timescales
- Meeting KPI Targets
- IT Literate
- Passionate, flexible, trustworthy, and innovative.
- Hold a full UK Driving License and be able to travel to sites
- Previous experience as an Area Cleaning Operations Manager
