White Lift Services are currently recruiting for an admin assistant, to join our busy team at our Pudsey office.
The duties of the Admin Assistant role will include:
- Customer service.
- Working on key customer accounts.
- Scheduling customer orders, purchase orders.
- Dealing with incoming calls, general enquiries, and correspondence.
- All other general office duties.
- Supporting our busy service department.
- Working on various customer portals.
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Excellent customer service & communication skills.
- Ideally, we need somebody that is computer literate and able to use all Microsoft Applications.
- Experience working on electronic portals would be an advantage but not essential (FixFlo, Tradeshift, Dwellant, Pronett).
- You must have clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience would be an advantage, but full training will be given.
Salary from £19,000 - £23,000 depending on experience
