We are currently recruiting for a Soft Services Manager for a hospital based in Uxbridge
As a Soft Services Manager, you will develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with all levels of client’s representatives, promoting the Company and development of services. Ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of services at the Contract, providing direction, guidance training and support to all employees within their area of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with day to day client’s representatives; promoting the Company and development of services
- Ensure staff are all managed effectively following Company HR procedure to point of, not including, termination
- Recruit the highest possible calibre operatives to fill vacancies within the area and personally monitor all applications for authenticity and seek and obtain references
- Ensure provision of service delivery during periods of absence / annual leave
Experience
- Previous experience in soft services management is essential.
- Experience of working within budgets
- Experienced in managing payroll within Contracts
- Must be Computer literate (Microsoft packages
