Position Summary
This position will be working closely with our architects to develop the packages for our projects. The person would have knowledge about the building industry with a good skillset of related softwares. This position requires to work on construction side often to coordinate design and monitor site progress. This position will also help on marketing coordination sometimes.
Requirement
Experienced with software including AutoCad, Revit, Sketchup, Adobe set (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Good knowledge of AutoCad, Rhino, and Rendering
Previous experience for Graphic design
Must be able to read architectural drawings and create shop drawings.
Ability to work as part of a team or independently.
Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin
Experience
2 – 5 years working experience in related industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00-$25.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
