With the potential to be well rewarded you will need to have existing sales experience either in New Homes Sales or, possibly, in an estate agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring customers have first class customer service throughout the home buying process. Responsible for the customer journey from reservation to legal completion.
- Representing the company in sales negotiation and administrative duties in an effective and timely manner.
- Achieving sales in line with agreed targets on a monthly and annual basis.
- Conducting show home and stock plots viewings.
- Proactively managing enquiries via phone, email and in person.
- Ensuring customers are kept informed with progress of their new home.
- Effectively liaising with the site manager to ensure good knowledge of plot construction, progress and safe areas for viewing.
- Ensuring the general presentation of the site and sales arena is of a high standard.
- Building and maintaining good working relationships within the team.
- Compliant with company procedures, including ensuring customers and colleagues adhere to health and safety procedures.
The Person
- Sales experience in the housing industry.
- Effective negotiation and sales skills.
- Good administrative and IT skills.
- Positivity and drive.
- High performing and self-motivating.
- Ability to work alone, alongside a strong team ethic.
- Available to work weekends and bank holidays (with potentially one weekend in four off if desired).
- Ability to travel to all sales sites if necessary.
- Full driving license and own car is essential.
