What is the role?
Joining us as an Arcade Manager, you will play an integral part in the Arcade success by creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers and colleagues alike. You will be:
- Fully accountable for the Arcades performance.
- Delegation of tasks to staff when applicable
- Implementing a culture of exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business
- Responsible for maximising profit and growing the business
- Ensure excellent store presentation, cleanliness and hygiene
- Sufficiently manage the team within the company’s policies and procedures
- Bringing new ideas to grow the business
Who are we looking for?
We are wanting to hear from you if you have previous management experience in a customer facing role alongside a can-do, customer focused attitude. You will be:
- Commercially minded
- Business focused
- Target & sales driven
- Experienced ideally in a customer-facing role
- Professional and Well presented
- IT literate, especially excel.
- Customer orientated and friendly
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
