In this time, we’ve established ourselves as one of the leading flooring companies in the industry, specialising in industrial and commercial finishes – resins, cementitious finishes, our own cutting edge concrete polishing system, and all other related services.

We have several Apprenticeship opportunities in our Polished Concrete and Resin Flooring business within the construction industry for people living in and around the following locations: Basildon / Bedford / Crawley / Croydon / Reading.
About the role:
· Travel to various client sites to support our installation team and gain on-the-job experience
· Mix resin systems—accurately measuring components—and transporting the resin to the senior floorlayers
· Move materials, prep floors, and assist installers with levelling floors
· Clear sites and remove waste to be disposed of
· Join an apprenticeship training scheme and gain an industry-wide recognised qualification in flooring - NVQ Level 2 in In-Situ Resin Flooring and Specialist Surface Preparation.
· Enjoy working as part of the installation team
· Undertake any other reasonable tasks as required in order to fulfil the aims and objectives of the business
Skills/Knowledge:
· Strong English communication skills – verbal and written
· A Construction industry background desirable but not essential
What we require:
· A full UK Drivers Licence is preferred
· CSCS card is preferred
· People who are willing to learn and who are reliable team members
· Flexible in their approach to the role to meet business requirements

Schedule:
· Full-time Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00 - There is a requirement to be flexible with start and finish times
