Job description

Bizualize LTD is a newly established business located in Bridgend, South Wales. We porivde web-based technology solutions to clients across all business sectors, ensuring to complete projects in a timely manner and to a high standard to maintain satisfaction to our clients.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Web Developer Apprentice with willingness to learn and develop their skills in the industry.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director, other developers, and our clients in order to maintain and update web-based technologies to client needs.

The sucessful candidate will be self driven, keen to learn, and have strong interest/knowledge in computer programming.

Job Details:

  • Working as part of a team, collaborating on projects for our client's web-based software/websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, API's and other frameworks/technologies.
  • Working with API's and SQL databases to integrate into systems/websites.
  • Integrating CMS/CRM and ECommerce systems into web applications.
  • Analysing and working to imrpove website speeds and core vitals to imrpove SEO.
  • Using project management software such as Trello (or similar) to manage and track project progress.
  • Contacting clients when necessary for further project details and information to ensure we get their product just right.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSE's (Grade C-A*/4-9) - Must include one of the following: Computer Science, Information Technology, English or Mathematics
  • Proven interest and/or experience in computer science and/or computer programming.
  • Basic understanding in computer science and computer programming.
  • Keen desire to learn new skills and technologies.
  • Excellent creativity skiils.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desirable (not essential):

  • Proven experience/education in computer science and/or computer programming.
  • GCSE (Grade C-A*/4-9) in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Experience and/or knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, SQL or any programming technology.
  • Graphics Design.

Salary: £4.81-£9.50 per hour
