How the Apprenticeship will work:

Your studies will be delivered by a specialist apprenticeship firm and you will be remotely supported by a highly experienced tutor and assessor throughout your journey and will be completed during work hours. The course duration is 12 months.

The Level 2 Housing and Property Management Assistant Apprenticeship favours coursework and projects over the need for exams, focusing on the knowledge and competency needed to enable you to excel your career!

This apprenticeship will give you an insight into how property management companies operate and a good introduction to housing and property principles. You'll learn about customer service, the housing market and the laws that affect landlords and tenants.

The qualification also covers the different types of housing services, including repairs and maintenance, lettings, rents and fees, and energy efficiency and waste management.

You will also receive additional training from a leading property specialist who will provide you with all the tools to succeed.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Liaise with landlords and tenants daily
  • Coordinating maintenance work
  • Chasing rent in arrears
  • ​End of tenant terminations
