Job Title: Apprentice – Plumbing & Heating
Pay Rate: £5.28
Working Hours: Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday,Friday - 40 hours per week

Atalian Servest is currently recruiting for an Apprentice to join our passionate and driven team in Scotland!
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Technical
- To undertake maintenance duties as required to make sure all reports are accurately completed within specific timescales
- To provide a flexible approach to working practices within the maintenance team which could involve undertaking tasks associated with building maintenance and projects
- To produce accurate documentation as required and to keep up-to-date records of testing and inspections, Emergency Lighting tests etc.
- To undertake Project, Minor Works, Compliance, PPM and reactive works to a high standard and within set time frames so that the customer expectations are met.
- To provide a professional service and represent the company in a way which ensures customer satisfaction.
- To be fully aware of contractual requirements and customer needs always.
- Working in a safe manner always, complying with current Health & Safety legislation and Atalian Servest H&S policy.
Customer
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, relevant stakeholders, staff and external bodies
- Developing effective communication and strong client/supplier relationships to aid business development and retention
Planning & Organising
- Project yourself, your team and the company in a courteous and professional manner always.
Team
- College lecturers and students completing the similar course
- Working closely with colleagues/operatives across the Atalian Servest group to gain knowledge and experience of an integrated delivery of client services.
- Work closely with the Regional Supervisor/Project Manager to undertake business improvement projects as directed.
Health & Safety
- Helping create and maintain a positive safety culture, leading by example at all times
- Ensuring all employees are aware of their obligations under the Atalian Servest Health & Safety Policy, and that work is carried out in accordance with the policy at all times.
About You:
Experience and Qualifications
- National 4/5 Maths, Science or Physics
- Relevant aptitude test, BPEC or equivalent
- Plumbing & Heating Entry-level training is advantageous but not compulsory
- Previous work experience would be advantageous but not compulsory
- Full disclosure is a contractual requirement.

- Flexible and able to adapt positively and proactively to change
Additionally, this role may require NPPV Level 2 security clearance.
