Introduction to the Business and the Role
Logicool is a technically biased distributor of Air Conditioning and Heat Pump systems. What sets us apart from the competition is the ability to react to enquiries quickly and efficiently.
Your role as Invoice Clerk is to provide assist to the Company PA by way of ensuring that all customer invoices are processed accurately and to time. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring the the Company Database is accurate always. This is essential to the operation of the business.
General Role, Responsibilities and Expectations
Processing supplier invoices, checking these for financial accuracy and administering dual-entry of details onto Company Database
Checking and processing stock despatches, also checking for financial accuracy and administering dual-entry of details onto Company Database
Processing Customer Invoices, also checking for financial accuracy and administering dual-entry of details onto Company Database
Daily monitoring of Company Database to ensure accuracy vs Sage system
Working closely with Company PA and Internal Sales Team
Managing and processing orders for non-account customers. This involves taking Credit Card details, processing order and liaising with Internal Sales Team. Also strict adherence to GDPR.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
Salary: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
