The Education Directorate of the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences, is seeking a motivated and highly driven individual to support the development and delivery of an effective marketing and recruitment strategy for the faculty. Working in partnership with School, Departmental and University recruitment teams, you will play a crucial role in developing and embedding strategies and mechanisms to encourage applications and enrolments from student of the highest calibre across all areas of our portfolio (UG, PGT, PGR and CPD). You will also work with key teams to coordinate and /or oversee the organisation and delivery of high-quality recruitment events and represent the faculty at relevant committees and working groups.
The role ideally requires an individual with specialist knowledge and relevant professional experience in marketing and/ or student recruitment. Experience of developing marketing strategies and implementing and monitoring plans against targets is essential. Candidates must be able to deliver high quality service on time and to agreed standards and have demonstrable experience of working in a collaborative environment. This is a new role which offers great scope to the successful candidate who must be flexible, committed and able to apply specialist knowledge across different market segments whilst maintaining successful stakeholder relationships. A degree (or equivalent qualification or relevant experience) in marketing is required.
