The ABP UK Talent Academy welcomes those entering our business straight from school or college with apprenticeships that develop real skills and enhance every aspect of our candidates' professional standing. From Abattoir and Boning Hall programmes at the heart of our production sites, to Engineering and Manufacturing apprenticeships, to disciplines you might not expect, such as IT, Human Resources and Accounting.
Through our Talent Academy, we are providing opportunities that prepare candidates for a successful career in the food and drink industry.

- Possession of 4 or higher GCSE's A-C grade including Maths and English or new grading equivalent for 2018 GCSE passes
- Be ambitious, self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Good communication skills
- Work under pressure (fast work environment)

- Ability to work professionally as part of a team
