What you'll be doing
An infrastructure technician provides support to internal and external customers, helping them to be productive when using technology to do their own jobs, by using tools to problem solve and trouble shoot non-routine problems. The infrastructure technician sets people up on systems and provides support when they need it, rectifying issues to maintain the organisations productivity.

- Help Desk Technician
- IT Infrastructure Technician
- Network Support
- Admin Duties
- Stock Checks
- Breakfix Repairs
- V/C Configuring & Maintenance
- Cabilng & Patching
- Setting up Site Comms
- Configuring and Managing Security on Mobile Devices
- Configuring printers
- Effectively records, analyses, and communicates data at the appropriate level
Who we're looking for
- A minimum of 5 GCSE’s A*-C/Grade 4 or above including Maths & English or Level 2 qualification
- Ideally hold a UK drivers licence at the time of joining
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK at the time of joining
- Works both independently and as part of a team and following the organisations standards.
