Main Duties
Ensure that all Company quality parameters and procedures are complied with and that all products manufactured meet the required standards and specifications
Ensure all work is carried out in a safe manner in compliance with the company’s H&S Policy and procedures
Ensure the highest standard of hygiene and housekeeping are maintained in all areas
To complete a programme of training to be conducted within Hyspec Engineering workshops
To become proficient in the application and use of a wide range of machine tools
Including, but not restricted to CNC Milling, CNC Turning, CNC Mill/turn and EDM machining.
Fitting and assembly skills including the use of hand tools and marking out Metalwork, soldering and other jointing processes when required
Measurement and inspection techniques using a variety of metrology equipment
Attendance at College on a day release basis leading to recognised SVQ/HND qualifications over a three year period.
You may be asked from time to time to undertake other tasks that are considered to be relevant to your position and that fall within the support functions of Hypsec Engineering.
