LEVEL ADMINISTRATION APPRENTICESHIP WITHIN A MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT BUSINESS MANACHESTER
- An excellent opportunity to start a career, complete an apprenticeship and progress within a small entertainments business. General duties may include making and receiving telephone calls and filing, etc.
- Quiet and focused some days, mega busy other days when working on equipment preparation. Nice, relaxed atmosphere. Small office suitable for 4 people.
- Apprentice will be in a group most days; on gig days they may have to work alone. We will try and avoid this as much as possible.

The Position
The role to include but not be limited to the following;
· Incoming and outgoing emails
· Telephone calls to clients
· Gathering information for events
· Scheduling calls for Directors
· Ensuring final calls are booked for upcoming events
· Calls to professional contractors to confirm everything is ready for events
· Event Preparation Equipment from storage
· If Driver- drop equipment to Musicians
· Attending Events and set up promotional material

Desired skills
4-9 grades English and maths GCSE's
- Confident with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage reception in conjunction with other administration duties
- Good attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of ICT packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to demonstrate or gain a clear understanding of the firm’s in-house systems where training will be given
- Excellent presentation, organisation and timekeeping skills
- Awareness of confidentiality and safeguarding
- The ability to use own initiative, be able to work individually as well as part of a team
- Must be well-presented with a clear, pleasant telephone manner

You will complete the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard.
- This Apprenticeship will involve off the job training.
- You will also develop your knowledge, skills and behaviours.
- You need to have an employer to support your Apprenticeship and be employed in a relevant job role.
- The typical length of this Apprenticeship course is 18 months.
- This course has multiple start dates throughout the year
