1-2-1 Live In Care are currently looking for Live In Carers to join our team. We are an independent company; focusing on Live in Care. We have over 10 years’ experience in Live In Care and is something that every member of our team is passionate about. We are looking for Live In Carers that are looking to work in the Southwest of England.
The role:
When working as a Live In Carer for 1-2-1 Live In Care you will be helping an individual stay within their own home. There will be a Care Plan in place, that is often reviewed, giving you a guide of the support that the individual will need from you. They could need support in the following areas:
- Personal care needs, including assistance with toileting needs
- Meal preparation
- Companionship
- Medication (training will be provided)
- Assistance with appointments and going out
- Ensuring the housework is done
- Showing empathy and understanding

What we are looking for:
- Experienced care assistants, you could have gained your experience in any care settings from Care Homes, hospitals or in the community for at least a year.
- For you to have good communication skills, this is an important part of the role as you will be lone working in your placements. You will also be required to keep up to date records.
- For you to be reliable, you will be working with vulnerable adults that will depend on you.
- You will need the Right to Work in the UK. We will need to see proof of this, in the form of a British passport, a settled or pre settlement status under the EU Settlement Scheme or a Visa giving you the right to work in the UK without any restrictions. We do not offer sponsorship at this time.
- Be willing to travel to placements across the Southwest of England.
- Having a driving licence is not a requirement but could be an advantage.
