What does this role involve?
You will complete in home surveys and ensure all steps of the process are fully compliant, resulting in successful payment under the ECO scheme or from the able to pay market.
You will manage your own caseload of assessments in customers houses and work on streamlining processes and enhancing the customer experience.
Day to day, you will;
- communicate with installers and customers in the field;
- carry out technical surveys and discuss Eco products with customers;
- ensure data accuracy to allow for a smooth process for the customers journey.
Who we are looking for?
As a Retrofit Assessor, you will be DEA qualified, with experience in domestic energy efficiency.
You will have ECO assessment systems expertise and knowledge of ECO Third Party Supplier systems.
A company car/car allowance comes with the role, as you will be required to travel across the UK. Therefore, you will need a full UK driving licence.
