We are recruiting an enthusiastic and driven Appointment Setter Sales Representative to start BT Local Business Coventry in September/October
This is an office based role in Coventry

It’s a key role for the business as you are providing meetings for our best sellers and the ones responsible for 65% of our business.

About the role:
You'll deliver high quality lead generation and identify new business opportunities. This role is busy and rewarding and your day will go by quickly!
- Calling new and existing customers to book meetings for field sales team
- Pick up new sale if the customer does not want meeting
- Manage & build strong customer relationships
- Populate CRM tools as appropriate. Provide a prompt positive customer experience.
- Ensure your customer orders are dealt with efficiently.
- Be part of one sales team, sharing ideas, knowledge and resources.
- We will train you and coach you and this is ongoing
About you:
You will need to be first and foremost a personable person, we only hire the best! We would like you to be motivated and a good communicator with 2 years B2B sales experience. You will have passion for people and enjoy the fast paced environment and being in the office with your team. You will be driven to exceed your targets and take advantage of our commission structure. Also you are professional and can communicate with people at all levels.
