Working on behalf of a brand-new client with us here at CC33. Our client offers a range of affordable and discounted services from gas and electricity packages, mobile contracts, broadband and insurance policies.
As an appointment setter, you will be responsible for contacting existing customers who already have an energy account. You will be discussing the possibility of installing a smart meter into the property with the outlook of booking the household in for an appointment, where an engineer will attend to complete the installation. You will be required to discuss the features and benefits of a smart meter and highlighting the potential cost savings it could offer to the customer.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills with the ability to easily build rapport with customers whilst maintaining a professional phone manner. They will also need to be able to deliver an outstanding customer service whilst selling the benefits of the smart meter to ensure the successful booking of the appointment in a timely manner.
Salary & Bonus:
This role has a basic salary of £21,673.60 per annum.
We also offer an uncapped bonus scheme for all successful appointments booked.
We also have our ‘Loyalty Pay Scale’ scheme, which will see your annual salary increase every year of your tenure up to £23,000 basic salary per annum.
Shifts:
You will be contracted at 40 hours per week, between the hours of 10am & 7pm, Monday to Friday.
Start Date: Monday 15th & Monday 22nd May
Location:
You will be based at our brand new offices located on Ecclesall Road, Sheffield (S11). Our offices are a short walk from the city-centre with excellent transport links from surrounding areas.

- A confident individual
- The ability to hold conversation will people of all ages and backgrounds and can easily build rapport with customers.
- Sales or appointment setting experience is preferred but not essential.
- Experience within a customer focused role is essential.
- Transferrable skills from previous employment (retail, hospitality, contact centre)
- You must be able to deliver a top-quality customer service and ensure the best outcome for the customer.
- Strong I.T and administrative skills.
