A busy and popular youth backpacking hostel in South East London is looking for an experienced and reliable Receptionist to join our team, 40 hours contract is available, working 5 days a week. Longer or shorter hours and extra days are an option, as well as flexibility over which days to work. Weekend hours are also an option.Duties will include:Meeting and greeting guests, check in and check outsTaking booking and processing paymentsAnswering phone calls and booking enquiries vie emailManaging booking database and liaising with booking agentsThe successful candidate must be able to demonstrate good multi-tasking and problem-solving skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of other languages is a bonus.We offer you a career progression to become a Hostel Manager, free meals are included in the job while of shift.
