Appointment Setter (Northern Ireland)
THE FBA BRAND BUILDER
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual from Northern Ireland to join our team as an Appointment Setter. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by effectively engaging with potential leads through platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
Responsibilities:
- Handle warm leads in our pipeline by reaching out to them through social media platforms.
- Engage in meaningful conversations with leads to understand their needs and generate interest in our products/services.
- Utilise cold outreach strategies to expand our lead pipeline and identify potential opportunities.
- Schedule appointments for our sales representatives based on the availability of both parties.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a great transition of leads into the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
- Continuously learn and adapt to our sales processes and techniques, being open to coaching and feedback.
Requirements:
- Must be located in Northern Ireland and able to initially work in our office.
(REMOTE WORK flexibility after initial training)
- Previous experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service is an asset.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram for lead generation and engagement.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Coachable mindset, open to learning and implementing new strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
