We are recruiting for Receptionist and Finance Assistant to work at Dawsongroup emc based in Brighouse.
Dawsongroup are a privately owned group of companies specialising in commercial asset rental and sales, operating from a network of strategically positioned depots across the UK and Ireland.
Dawsongroup emc is the UK’s leading supplier of self-drive municipal, industrial, and specialist vehicles for contract hire.
The Receptionist and Finance Assistant will be responsible for:
- Booking hotel rooms, fuel cards and travel through the company account
- Conducting PCN appeals for rental and company vehicles
- Assisting in logging invoices onto the system, matching PO’s and booking invoices in once authorised
- Controlling and administering toll accounts
- Providing callers and visitors with guidance and information
- Arranging refreshments for visitors and providing assistance with booking and preparing meeting/training rooms
- Opening/distributing mail every morning and franking/posting outgoing mail every afternoon
- Ordering stationery, printer cartridges and water
The successful Receptionist and Finance Assistant will:
- Have an interest in finance
- Hold previous administration experience
- Have a high attention detail and be good with numbers
