Now, we're seeking an outstanding Maintenance Operative to ensure the safety and upkeep of Alexandra Grange.
The Role:
As a Maintenance Operative, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe and welcoming environment for our residents, team members, and visitors. Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include maintaining the home's decoration and ensuring that both the interior and grounds are kept to the highest standards.
Your Responsibilities:
- Timely Repairs: Fix all minor repairs and audit requirements promptly, ensuring the safety and comfort of our residents and staff.
- Home Maintenance: Maintain the boiler house and refuse area, taking care of clinical waste and rubbish removal.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all regulatory and statutory requirements are met, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- System Checks: Perform required tests and checks for various home systems on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
