Job description
We are looking for a motivated individual to fill our Appointment Generator position.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work weekends and must be available to work on-call hours
- Must have a reliable source of transportation
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have strong customer service skills, phone presentation skills, and strong follow-through skills.
- Must have the ability to multi-task, be organized, and have a strong attention to detail.
- Must be comfortable with a computer, Excel, and Outlook
- This is an entry level position. Candidates with experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Generate appointments for medical professionals and other professionals who need to see patients in the clinic. This includes but is not limited to doctor’s appointments, x-ray technicians, and physical therapists.
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources (e.g., hospital referral sources, physician offices, etc.)to obtain new business opportunities.
- Follow up on all accounts that were referred by the sales team and ensure they are satisfied with the service provided by {{ORGANIZATION}}.
