We are hiring a talent to be a future partner of our team and interesting to take the challenge of sales. Recruitment Consultants who have a strong recruitment background – ideally Healthcare but other sector experience is of interest. Working with NHS Frameworks and private organisations you will be handling current staffing demands plus prospecting for staff that are experienced and compliant to support them in coming to the UK (EXPECIALLY NURSES)
· Job Type: Full-time Part-time, Fulltime or freelancer.
· Salary: Sterling Pound 36,000-62,000 per annum
· Working Hours: Open to work r 10-5pm BST Time - Mon to Fri or as per the availability.
- Bonus: Performance Bonus, Quarterly Bonus, Incentive 05-15% on every business completed
Work profile:
· Interviewing Health Care workers like Nurses, Care Home. Support Workers, Registered Nurses, Healthcare Assistant, Home Managers etc.
- Identifying and qualifying leads with private hospitals and care homes Advertising jobs on various.
- Working on Temp and Perm vacancies you will be placing Support Workers, Registered Nurses, Healthcare Assistant, Care Home Managers etc. and building relationship with clients.
- Managing your monthly targets to achieve your uncapped commission bonus
