Job description
We are looking for a member of front of house staff to join us at Aizle which is based in the garden room in the Kimpton Hotel, Charlotte Square. The role is for 48 hours a week, Wednesday - Sunday, schedule flexible but ranging 2.30pm-12pm. We have no menu; instead we do a seasonal tasting menu with exciting, local, premium ingredients that we expect all of our FOH to be familiar with. We have a casual atmosphere from a guest perspective but our style of food is quite serious.
We would expect staff to take an active role in running the restaurant, helping with our wine, training & in-house programs as well as setting up the restaurant and helping the other members of our team. We can provide an incredible opportunity for people looking to learn or advance in the hospitality sector as well as fantastic food, tips and working environment.

Our ideal candidate would have the following;
- Experience in a quality establishment
- An interest in wine and food
- A well-rounded food and beverage knowledge
- The ability to ask questions and contribute ideas in a young, small company
- An energetic, enthusiastic, friendly demeanour
- To be open to an ever-changing and diverse style of menu, cocktails and restaurant
- Have a desire to learn
