A successful candidate for our Secretary position will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This is a temporary contract and will require the successful candidate to work in close proximity to the manager.
Responsibilities:
- File letters, memos, and reports.
- Answer the phone and screen messages.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings.
- Take notes at meetings.
- Schedule meetings.
- Create spreadsheets, charts, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office programs such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Manage professional and business communications between employers and clients, including meetings and events.
- Provide support to other staff members.
- Assist in the sourcing and purchasing of all equipments needed for shipment
- Coordinate events at a professional or business office.
Job Type: Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
Salary: £2,500.00-£3,000.00 per month
