As a member of the Operations Support Team, the Application Support Specialist will report to the National Operations Support Manager. This position is primarily remote and can be based anywhere in Canada. However, there will be some onsite training to develop business acumen and knowledge.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Support users across the country.
- Work with various internal stakeholders within the company on ERP support.
- Liaise daily with various teams on user issues.
- Coordinate with other team members to efficiently resolve user queries.
- Manage the team’s outlook mailbox and act as the first point of contact for internal stakeholders.
- Work with the ERP vendor on application improvements and defects.
- Manage support cases created with the vendor.
- Participate in a variety of projects as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Post Secondary Education.
- Help Desk/Customer service experience.
- Bilingual (English & French).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
- Knowledge of Epicor’s Prophet 21 ERP is a strong asset.
- Application support and ticketing systems experience an asset.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
